The WWMEA is governed by a Board of Directors which is elected by and from the general membership.

• Each and every position within the WWMEA, including the Board of Directors, is a volunteer position; there are no paid employees.

• The Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing all activities undertaken by the WWMEA.
